About Citrus Glen Capital

Building homes.
Building communities.

Team at work on plans and architectural models

Citrus Glen Capital (CG Capital) was founded in 2017 with a vision to create high-quality, affordable, and sustainable housing developments that cater to the evolving lifestyle needs of growing communities.

Since our inception, we have focused on the development of manufactured housing communities, mobile home parks, land development, and tiny home projects — delivering dependable solutions in high-growth regions. To date, CG Capital has successfully led and completed residential and land development projects ranging up to $250 million in value, with typical project timelines spanning 3 to 5 years from planning through completion.

We have established robust relationships with major banks, lending institutions, and private equity partners, enabling us to structure flexible financing solutions for both acquisitions and development. This financial strength, combined with our market insight and development experience, positions us as a reliable and forward-thinking partner.

Our Modular Housing program reflects our commitment to smart, community-driven design and long-term value creation. With a full-spectrum approach — from land acquisition and entitlement to construction and asset management — Citrus Glen Capital continues to build not just housing, but communities where people want to live, grow, and thrive.
